{"id":1514,"date":"2026-03-28T10:46:44","date_gmt":"2026-03-28T10:46:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/2026.ncmrcongress.org.tr\/?page_id=1514"},"modified":"2026-04-28T06:36:02","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T06:36:02","slug":"registration","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/2026.ncmrcongress.org.tr\/index.php\/registration\/","title":{"rendered":"Reg\u0131strat\u0131on"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Presentation Guidelines for Invited Speakers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presentations should be prepared for a <strong>25-minute<\/strong> delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>10-minute<\/strong> Q&amp;A session will follow each presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strict adherence to the allocated time is essential to ensure the program proceeds without delays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oral Presentation Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oral presentations should be prepared for a <strong>10-minute<\/strong> delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is recommended to limit presentations to <strong>10 slides<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>5-minute<\/strong> Q&amp;A session will follow each presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strict adherence to the allocated time is essential to ensure the program proceeds without delays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poster and Oral Presentation Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With a single registration fee, participants may present a maximum of <strong>two posters<\/strong> OR <strong>one poster and one oral presentation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All abstracts submitted to the congress will undergo a peer-review process by at least two members of the <strong>Scientific Committee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Abstract Submission Deadline:<\/strong> August 10, 2026.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a researcher whose poster or oral presentation has been accepted is unable to present for any reason (e.g., health issues), and the presentation is not delivered by another co-author listed in the study, the abstract will <strong>not be published<\/strong>. (A collective authorization letter will be issued for institutions with a high number of participants.) These invitation letters are intended solely for obtaining official leave\/permission. The registration and accommodation expenses for holders of such invitation letters remain the responsibility of the participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation of Participation<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a written notification is received by <strong>August 1, 2026<\/strong>, 50% of the registration fee (provided there is no accommodation reservation) will be refunded.
