Presentation Guidelines for Invited Speakers

  • Presentations should be prepared for a 25-minute delivery.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • Oral presentations should be prepared for a 10-minute delivery.
  • It is recommended to limit presentations to 10 slides.
  • A 5-minute Q&A session will follow each presentation.
  • Strict adherence to the allocated time is essential to ensure the program proceeds without delays.

Poster and Oral Presentation Requirements

  • With a single registration fee, participants may present a maximum of two posters OR one poster and one oral presentation.
  • All abstracts submitted to the congress will undergo a peer-review process by at least two members of the Scientific Committee.

Abstract Submission Deadline: August 10, 2026.

  • If a researcher whose poster or oral presentation has been accepted is unable to present for any reason (e.g., health issues), and the presentation is not delivered by another co-author listed in the study, the abstract will not be published. The Certificate of Participation and congress materials will only be issued to the presenting scientist.
  • The Congress Abstract Book will be sent to participants electronically within the week following the congress.
  • Oral presentations delivered at the congress meet the “National Oral Presentation” criteria for Associate Professorship applications in Türkiye.
  • Accepted poster and oral presentation abstracts will be published in the Neuro-Cell Molecular Research Journal (https://neurocellmolres.com.tr), an international peer-reviewed journal indexed by international databases.

Registration & Payment Information

  • Modification Rights: The Congress Organizing Committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the Registration Fees.
  • Accommodation: Accommodation is not included in the congress registration fee.
  • Social Program: Excursion programs (tours) are not included in the congress registration fee.
  • Participation Requirements: Participation in congress events (lunches, gala dinner, social tours, etc.) is not permitted without official registration.
  • Included Services: The registration fee includes lunch, the gala dinner, coffee breaks, name badges, and the certificate of participation.
  • Guest Participants: Certificates of participation will not be issued to guests.
  • Name Badges: It is mandatory to wear the congress name badge at all times throughout the program.

Notes

Letter of Invitation

Upon request, official invitation letters to be submitted to institutions for congress participation will be sent to participants through the Congress Secretariat. (A collective authorization letter will be issued for institutions with a high number of participants.) These invitation letters are intended solely for obtaining official leave/permission. The registration and accommodation expenses for holders of such invitation letters remain the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation of Participation

If a written notification is received by August 1, 2026, 50% of the registration fee (provided there is no accommodation reservation) will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.

Registration and Information Desk

Registration and information desks will be operational at the Congress Center starting from 10:00 AM on August 26, 2026.

Name Tags

For the smooth operation and security of the congress, it is essential that all participants and accompanying persons wear their name tags at the entrance of the congress center and during all social programs. Entry to the congress halls will not be permitted without a valid name tags.
